About Us

Hidden Acres RV Park Campground and Restaurant, formerly Twilight Acres, started in 1972 by the Johnson Family. When the Johnson family decided to retire after 48 years they sold it to the current owner, a family friend, to carry on the legacy of family, fun and memories. Hidden Acres is still a family owned and operated, Pat, the current owner, purchased Hidden Acres four years ago, spending the beginning part of this time improving the campground and restaurant. Hidden Acres continues to carry forward the “feel like family” campground experience and continues to build and grow the campground. 

Our campground is unique in it offers exceptional service to our campers, but offers many services that are open to the public. As a guest you will surely enjoy the lake view, entertainment and easy access to the water. Uniquely, with permission we will allow you to launch your boat here, rent a boat slip for the season and enjoy the restaurant all year round. With boat, pontoon and cabin rentals available May 1st through October 31st, we provide all the ingredients to a relaxing getaway.

We know that there is so much more to Minnesota than the summer months, so enjoy a cold or hot drink during the winter while you ice fish, snowmobile or just stop in for a delish meal.  The Poker Run is a winter favorite that has been a tradition for years and years. 

Come enjoy the beach at one of our campsites, tent sites or rental cabins. We have full hook campsites, primitive tent sites and fully stocked rental cabins. Our seasonal spots are currently full, however we can put you on a waiting list. 

Bring the whole family including the pets and enjoy the beach, the fishing dock, a campground community firepit and fun for all ages.
